Suits all Australian models from 2013 to current. This upgrade is available for pre first registration (SSM Approved) or post first registration with a VSCCS engineers report.
This kit is only available to suit HBMC equipped vehicles only, it DOES NOT suit coil and (traditional) shock absorber equipped Y62 Patrols.
This Y62 Patrol GVM Upgrade kit is configurable to suit your individual load requirements, we upgrade the factory springs (front and rear) to suit your needs.
This Y62 Patrol upgrade consists of 3800kg GVM upgrade while retaining 3500kg brake tow capacity as noted in the document below.*
GVM Upgrades for Y62 Patrol need to have the load applied to the vehicle at the time of fitting the suspension system, we cannot over spec a spring to suit future loads so it's important that we have dialogue before making any recommendations about what spring rates you need.
The 3800kg GVM upgrade kit includes,
- Rear raised height coil springs - Different spring rates available including standard height coils.
- Rear heavy duty airbags with shrader valves on the rear bumper for easy access. Standard height airbags available with standard height coils.
- Heavy Duty lower control arms load rated to 2550kg.
Installation of heavy duty rear coil springs and heavy duty airbags, freight and a front and rear wheel alignment.
Aftermarket wheels will need a minimum of 1100kg load rating, standard wheels are acceptable.
THIS KIT DOES NOT CONTAINS FRONT COILS, UPPER CONTROL ARMS AND REGISTRATION. POST-REGO AVAILABLE WITH ENGINEERS REPORT.

Rear airbags custom solutions are available with in vehicle air compressors and remote (wireless) control systems are available.
Post first registrations upgrades require engineers reports which is not included in this investment. Additional investment is required if the vehicle has other accessories, like long range fuel tanks or other "major modifications".
