If you’re sick of the same old workshop grind and love getting hands-on with real 4WD gear — this is your spot.

We’re MORE 4x4, based in Brookvale on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. We build full-blown touring rigs out of brand-new 4WDs. Bullbars, suspension, dual battery systems, lighting, comms — the works.

We’re not a “get it done quick” shop — we’re craftsmen, engineers, problem-solvers, and adventurers. Every build we touch leaves the workshop ready to hit the desert, High Country, or Fraser Island.

What You’ll Be Doing

Building complete 4WD touring setups — bullbars, winches, racks, suspensions, comms, fridges, you name it
Running neat 12V wiring and dual battery systems
Troubleshooting & quality control — no shortcuts here
Keeping the workspace tidy and looking after gear
Talking through builds with customers when needed
Being part of a team that backs each other, has a laugh, and gets sh!t done

Who We’re Looking For

Experience in mechanical, electrical or accessory fitting (or all three!)
Sharp eye for detail and tidy workmanship
A problem-solver — we don’t just fit parts, we build solutions
Self-motivated and reliable — no clock-watchers here
Genuinely into 4WDing, camping, or adventure
Happy working solo or in a team
Keen to learn, grow, and contribute

JUNIOR ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

Reporting directly to the Admin team leader, the successful candidate will be highly organised, energetic and have outstanding communication skills.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Responsibilities Include:

Answering telephone calls.
E-Filing
Maintaining office and ordering of essentials
Outgoing/incoming mail
Assisting clients
Liaise with suppliers.
Supporting the team
Assisting sales manager
Other adhoc administrative duties
Assisting service & maintenance manager

To be successful you will possess the following:

Google (Suite)
Oracle Netsuite (preferred but not essential)
Able to competently draft emails and letters as required.
Have excellent communication skills – verbal and written
Have an excellent telephone manner
Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and in line with our standards.
Have great presentation.
Have attention to detail & excellent time management.
Have a happy and positive attitude.
Be punctual.
Ability to work under pressure.
Be a team player.
Be a quick learner.
Be highly organised.

Experience:

This role will suit a person who has some experience and looking for a change. Minimum of one to two years of experience in similar role essential.
