For supply-only purchases, a refundable core exchange fee of $650 plus $35 shipping applies. The core charge will be credited back within 3–4 weeks after your original unit has been returned and successfully inspected.
A 100% refund is available if the unit is returned within 60 days from the date of order, a 50% refund applies for returns between 60–120 days from the date of order, and no refund will be issued for returns received after 120 days from the date of order.
