If you own an INEOS Grenadier or Quartermaster, this is one of those tools you hope you never need — but you'll be glad you've got it when something throws a warning light hundreds of kilometres from the nearest workshop.

GlobeGuard BASIC is a dedicated diagnostic interface for INEOS vehicles, giving you access to fault codes, live vehicle data, actuator tests, service functions and supported diagnostic procedures using the free GlobeGuard app on your smartphone, tablet or Windows PC.

Best of all, it works directly on the vehicle and offline. No internet connection or workshop scan tool required.

Why carry one?

Modern 4WDs are packed with electronics, and the INEOS is no different. When a warning light comes on, the first problem is often figuring out exactly what the vehicle is trying to tell you.

GlobeGuard gives you the ability to scan the vehicle, identify faults and access supported diagnostic functions wherever you are. That means less guesswork and less unnecessary downtime when you're travelling, towing or working on your own vehicle.

What can GlobeGuard BASIC do?

• Read and clear fault codes across supported INEOS control modules
• Reset service intervals after servicing
• View live vehicle data including temperatures, pressures, sensor signals and other parameters
• Run actuator tests on supported systems including pumps, relays, valves, lighting and locks
• Perform supported sensor calibrations
• Carry out supported DPF/GPF functions
• Access AdBlue system functions including supported maintenance procedures
• Perform supported injector coding
• Access ECU identification information including part numbers and software versions
• Perform supported replacement and coding functions
• Run supported test routines to help diagnose vehicle faults

Built for INEOS

GlobeGuard BASIC is specifically designed for INEOS vehicles, with support for vehicles from approximately 2022 onwards.

This goes well beyond a basic OBD reader. GlobeGuard can communicate with the vehicle's supported control modules and provides access to manufacturer-level diagnostic and service functions.

Take the workshop with you

Connect GlobeGuard to your INEOS via USB, Wi-Fi or Bluetooth and use the free GlobeGuard app on a compatible smartphone, tablet or Windows PC/notebook.

The diagnostic functions are available directly on the vehicle, including when you're offline — making it a genuinely useful tool to keep in the vehicle rather than something that lives on the workshop shelf.

Supported INEOS Vehicles

• INEOS Grenadier
• INEOS Quartermaster

Note: Specific diagnostic functions depend on the vehicle model, model year, equipment level and control systems fitted to the vehicle.
