1. Promoter

1.1 The promoter of the MORE 4X4 2026 4X4 and Adventure Show Giveaway (Promotion) is MORE 4X4 Pty Ltd (ABN 17 627 789 208) of 16 Chard Road, Brookvale NSW 2100 (Promoter, we, us or our).

1.2 The Promotion is subject to these Terms and Conditions.

1.3 Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these Terms and Conditions.

1.4 By submitting an entry, each entrant confirms that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Promotion period

2.1 The Promotion opens at 12:00 am AEST on Friday, 11 September 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm AEST on Sunday, 13 September 2026 (Promotion Period).

2.2 Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

2.3 The Promoter’s records of time are the official timekeeping records for the Promotion.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

3.2 Employees, officers, directors, agents and contractors of the Promoter, participating prize suppliers, the 2026 4X4 and Adventure Show organiser and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter.

3.3 “Immediate family member” means a spouse, de facto partner, parent, child, sibling or household member.

3.4 The Promoter may require an entrant to provide reasonable evidence of identity, age, residency and eligibility before awarding a prize.

3.5 The Promoter may, acting reasonably, disqualify an entry if it believes the entrant has supplied incomplete, false, misleading or fraudulent information; used automated or unfair methods; tampered with the entry process; interfered with the proper conduct of the Promotion; or otherwise breached these Terms and Conditions.

4. How to enter

4.1 To enter, an eligible entrant must, during the Promotion Period: (a) scan the official MORE 4X4 Giveaway QR code or visit: https://more4x4.com.au/pages/2026-4x4-and-adventure-show-giveaway; (b) complete and submit the official online entry form; (c) provide all information marked as required on the entry form; and (d) confirm acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and acknowledgement of the Privacy Collection Notice.

4.2 No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

4.3 Entry is free, other than any ordinary internet or mobile-data charges incurred by an entrant in submitting an entry.

4.4 There is a limit of one valid entry per person for the Promotion.

4.5 If more than one entry is received from the same person, the Promoter may treat only the first valid entry as eligible. The Promoter may identify duplicate entries using names, email addresses, mobile numbers and other reasonably available information.

4.6 An entrant is not required to agree to receive marketing from the Promoter or any participating prize supplier to enter the Promotion or be eligible to win.

4.7 Any marketing preference selected by an entrant is voluntary and does not affect the entrant’s chance of winning.

5. Prize pool

5.1 There is one major prize package to be won. The total maximum prize pool is valued at $9,438 including GST.

5.2 The total maximum prize pool is calculated using the maximum value of each prize component. Where a prize component is described as being valued “up to” a stated amount, the actual value of the product provided may be less than that maximum amount.

5.3 The major prize package comprises the following prize components:

(a) Maxxis Tyres: One set of five Maxxis tyres in a tyre size up to and including 285/70R17, or another eligible Maxxis tyre configuration approved by the Promoter and Maxxis for the winner’s vehicle, with a maximum total list-price value of $3,330 including GST, calculated at up to $666 including GST per tyre multiplied by five tyres.

(b) RFI Wireless: One RFI Wireless cellular antenna or UHF antenna, selected by the Promoter and/or RFI Wireless, valued at up to $490 including GST.

(d) GlueTread Australia: One GlueTread Australia product or prize package nominated by GlueTread Australia, valued at $219 including GST.

(e) Wedgetail: One Wedgetail product or prize package selected by the Promoter and/or Wedgetail for the winner’s vehicle or requirements, valued at up to $2,690 including GST.

(f) Narva: One pair of Narva 9-inch EX2 driving lights, valued at $599 including GST.

(g) Projecta: One Projecta 4A 6/12V 8-stage automatic battery charger, valued at $110 including GST.

5.4 Prize values are recommended retail or list prices, including GST, correct at the date these Terms and Conditions are published.

5.5 Where a prize is described as “up to” a stated value, the winner may receive an eligible product with a retail value below that stated maximum. The winner is not entitled to cash, credit, an alternative product, an upgrade or the difference between the actual retail value and the stated maximum value.

5.6 The Maxxis Tyres prize is subject to vehicle compatibility, availability and the maximum value stated in clause

5.3(a). It does not include wheels, wheel alignment, fitting, balancing, tyre valves, tyre-pressure-monitoring sensors, freight, installation, vehicle modifications, engineering work, certification, accessories, consumables or other ancillary costs, unless the Promoter confirms otherwise in writing.

5.7 The RFI Wireless, GlueTread Australia, Wedgetail, Narva and Projecta prize components are subject to product availability and, where relevant, vehicle compatibility. Unless expressly stated otherwise by the Promoter in writing, those prize components do not include freight, collection costs, installation, labour, vehicle modifications, engineering work, certification, ancillary parts, accessories, consumables or other costs associated with claiming, receiving, fitting, using or enjoying the prize.

5.8 The Wedgetail prize is subject to vehicle compatibility, available product range and the maximum value stated in clause 5.3(e). It does not include freight, installation, vehicle modifications, engineering work, certification, accessories, ancillary parts, consumables or other costs unless the Promoter confirms otherwise in writing.

5.9 The MORE 4X4 gift vouchers: (a) may be redeemed only with MORE 4X4; (b) may be used until 31 December 2026, after which any unused balance will expire unless otherwise required by law; (c) are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash; (d) may not be used to purchase gift cards or gift vouchers; (e) are subject to stock availability and MORE 4X4’s ordinary sale terms; and (f) may be used toward eligible products and services offered by MORE 4X4, subject to any exclusions notified to the winner before redemption.

5.10 The prize package will be available for collection by the winner from MORE 4X4 Pty Ltd, 16 Chard Road, Brookvale NSW 2100, during normal business hours and by prior arrangement.

5.11 Freight, delivery, courier, packing, insurance and collection costs are excluded from the prize package and are the winner’s responsibility, unless the Promoter confirms in writing that a particular freight or delivery cost will be paid by the Promoter or the relevant prize supplier.

5.12 If the winner requests delivery rather than collection, the Promoter may arrange delivery only after the winner agrees in writing to pay all applicable delivery, freight, packing, insurance and related costs in advance. The Promoter and/or relevant supplier may require the winner to provide delivery details reasonably required to arrange freight.

5.13 The winner is responsible for ensuring that any prize product is suitable, lawful and safe for use with their vehicle and circumstances. Any installation must be carried out in accordance with applicable law and relevant manufacturer instructions.

5.14 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, except where required by law.

5.15 If a prize or prize component becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value and similar nature, subject to applicable law.

5.16 Manufacturer warranties, if any, are provided by the relevant supplier or manufacturer in accordance with its applicable terms. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

6. Draw 6.1 The winner will be determined by random draw from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.

6.2 The draw will take place on Friday, 18 September 2026 at 16 Chard Road, Brookvale NSW 2100.

6.3 The draw will be conducted at 12pm AEST.

6.4 The Promoter will allocate each valid entry a sequential entry number and use a random-number generator to select the winning entry number.

6.5 The draw is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.

6.6 The Promoter will retain a record of the final eligible-entry register, draw method, draw result, date/time of the draw and the persons conducting or witnessing the draw.

6.7 The first valid entry drawn will win the major prize package, subject to verification of the entrant’s identity and eligibility.

6.8 The Promoter’s decision regarding the draw, validity of entries, eligibility and prize allocation is final, subject to applicable law.

7. Winner notification and announcement

7.1 The Promoter will use reasonable efforts to contact the provisional winner by email and/or SMS using the contact details supplied in the entry form within five business days after the draw.

7.2 The provisional winner must respond to the Promoter within 14 days after the first notification attempt and provide any reasonable evidence requested to verify identity and eligibility.

7.3 The Promoter will announce the winner through MORE 4X4 social-media channels.

7.4 For the purpose of the public winner announcement, the Promoter may publish the winner’s first name, surname initial, suburb or State/Territory, the prize description and relevant promotional content, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Collection Notice.

8. Unclaimed prize redraw.

8.1 If the provisional winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, does not respond within the period stated in clause 7.2, is found to be ineligible, cannot verify their identity or eligibility, refuses the prize or cannot accept the prize in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the prize may be treated as unclaimed.

8.2 If the prize is unclaimed, a redraw will take place on Saturday, 31 October 2026 at 16 Chard Road, Brookvale NSW 2100.

8.3 The redraw will be conducted at 12pm AEST.

8.4 The redraw will use the same random-draw process described in clause 6.

8.5 The redraw winner will be notified and announced in accordance with clause 7.

9. Privacy and marketing

9.1 The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, conduct and document the draw, contact the winner, arrange prize fulfilment and deal with related enquiries, disputes and legal obligations. 9.2 The Promoter may disclose relevant personal information to prize suppliers and service providers where reasonably necessary to administer, supply, deliver or install a prize, or where required or permitted by law.

9.3 The Promoter will provide an entrant’s details to a prize supplier for that supplier’s direct marketing only if the entrant separately and voluntarily selects that specific supplier’s optional marketing consent on the entry form.

9.4 The Promoter will use an entrant’s details for MORE 4X4 direct marketing only if the entrant separately and voluntarily selects MORE 4X4 marketing consent, or another lawful basis applies.

9.5 Entrants can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time using the unsubscribe method in the relevant message or by contacting the relevant sender.

10. Liability

10.1 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, statutory right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter, participating prize suppliers, their related bodies corporate, agents and contractors are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, cost or expense arising from or connected with the Promotion or a prize, including technical failure, lost entries, network interruption, unauthorised intervention, fraud or events beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, except to the extent caused by their negligence, wilful misconduct or breach of a non-excludable right.

10.3 The Promoter is not responsible for any tax consequence arising from receipt or use of the prize. Entrants should obtain independent financial or tax advice where appropriate.

10.4 The Promoter is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any prize supplier in relation to supplier-provided products, warranties, supplier marketing communications or supplier privacy practices, except to the extent that responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. General

11.1 The Promoter may, subject to applicable law, cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion if it cannot be conducted as planned due to fraud, technical failure, unauthorised intervention, force majeure or another cause beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.

11.2 If the Promoter makes a material change to the Promotion, it will take reasonable steps to notify entrants and update the Promotion page and/or these Terms and Conditions.

11.3 The Promoter may disqualify an entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits false information or breaches these Terms and Conditions.

11.4 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and courts entitled to hear appeals from them.

11.5 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
