DUMP PIPE: Ceramic coated hand-crafted 2mm thick walled stainless. Coating insulates and reduces the radiant temperature up to 200 degrees centigrade which helps reduce under bonnet temperatures.
TURBO FLANGE: Heavy duty 12mm steel 3 bolt flange
EGT/PYRO FITTING: Yes, the kit includes a 1/4 NPT thread bung. Some pyro gauges have 1/8 NPT and 1/8 BSP and require a thread converter which is cheaply and easily available online but most gauge supply the thread converter.
CATALYTIC CONVERTER: High-flow diesel specific 200-cell stainless core catalytic converter. The best cats on the market. They are Euro-spec compliant. *Not included with some system configurations.
SYSTEM FLANGES: 10mm steel plate 2-bolt flanges for maximum clearances and greater system alignment adjustability. Bolts are welded on for easy assembly.
MOUNT POINTS: All factory mount points. Re-use factory rubbers.
HANGERS: Heavy duty hangers & brackets all collar mounted to tube.
SYSTEM COATING: Coated in 800 degree thermal paint for extra protection and reduced external heat transfer.
